I can do it, it just wont work any more and I want my gifs to move etc. Every time I lower the pixels to fit here the gif ceases to move any more. why?????

animated gifs are sevral images put to together to get the movement. You would need to seperate the images, make each one te same size and then save it together. There are programs that do it really easily, but hat may be why it stops working when you shrink it. :)
