So I was doing some tidying up today and discovered that you can create folders and move PMs into them. I was able to move PMs from my inbox to the custom folder, but there doesn't seem to be the same dropdown option for messages in my sent folder. Am I missing something or can you only move message from the inbox? Thanks.

Unfortunately, sent messages cannot be moved to custom folders, likely because the authors of vBulletin did not make a visual distinction between To and From within a given folder. Names under the titles of messages in the Sent Items folder are assumed to be To, while names in all other folders are assumed to be From. It would probably relatively easy to added move functionality to the Sent Items folder, but any message moved out of that foilder would have your name under the title instead of the actual recipient.
