Europe's largest theme-park company said it reached an agreement that includes three banks responsible for managing the debt and Walt Disney, which owns 39 percent of Euro Disney. The agreement still needs to be approved by creditors holding a majority of the debt, said Pieter Boterman, a spokesman.

:fez: Disney fans are sooo happy here even if some big problems remain !!! Disneyland Resort Paris is alive, a friend of mine who is CM there called me this morning, to tell me about the good news, he also gave me additional information about "things to come" at Disneyland Paris ! But I can't tell more for now...

Here is an excerpt of the ofiicial statement (the most interesting to me :D ):
"These transactions are intended to enhance the company's liquidity and provide capital for the company's ongoing business as well as investment in new park attractions and other resort assets,"
