If enough people were to protest against an action Admin did against a padder, is it possible for them to look over the action again and rethink the sentence, maybe even change it?

Alex S. 05-31-2004, 10:50 PM Volume of protest doesn't really have anything to do with it. If someone can convince us we acted incorrectly then we'll reverse ourselves. We have before. That said, we are also pretty comfortable with our decisions before we implement them. So it isn't as simple as saying "we think you're wrong a lot". MonorailMan 05-31-2004, 10:52 PM What if enough people talked about it in the open? Can I smell the "Not Afraid Trials"? Where's Condilisa Rice? :~D disNeytEen 05-31-2004, 10:52 PM If enough people were to protest against an action Admin did against a padder, is it possible for them to look over the action again and rethink the sentence, maybe even change it? Send us an email making your case and we'll respond as we can (we're still not going to talk specifics with you -- since we've always been very clear that this is between the administrators and the particular person). In the clique thread, I have created a post (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?p=406188#post406188) to attempt to gather information to prove or disprove that theory. It is an uphill battle, but one I believe needs to be made. |
