Your subscription has taken effect, so that isn't the problem. Tell me what you're doing, and what errors you are encountering.

I have the picture on my computer as well as on a website. I tried to use the URL from the website, it is on www.growthspurts.com and then even to just use it from my computer, clicked on save and got nothing. HMMM.

Can you send me the URL of the specific photo? Or e-mail the photo to me? It may be too large to be an Avatar, in which case it will automatically be rejected by the system.

OK, I cropped it to the right size, and photoshopped out the date so you wouldn't have red numbers in the corner. Hope that works!

I'm trying to download an avatar from my computer ( I have an old computer that doesn't have photoshop but does have Realplayer picture viewer). I made the mistake of storing the picture in Kodak Easyshare. Easy, hah! When ever I try to download the file off my computer (it is a jpg file after I copy it into Realplayer) I get a note saying that the file is not a valid jpg. I tried compressing it to no avail.

I see in the previous responses that MT2B emailed you a picture and you fiddled with it, Lani. If I were to do that, could you attach it to my profile?

I tried emailing myself to transfer it but my firewall blocks attachments. :sigh:

What (if anything) can I do? Help!
