I was using the search function to locate a post, and I got this error message page:

Are you willing to share what search phrase you were trying?

I tried combinations: one phrase and one user. First ones were "open in new window" and "Andrew". Got the error page. Second ones were "new window" and "Andrew". Got the error page again. Third one was "window" and "Andrew". That one worked fine.

Ok. I'm pretty sure it is the short words in the search string that is causing the problem.

No hurry at all. I found what I was looking for. I'd just never gotten that error page before and so thought y'all might want to know. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. We are still trying to tune the new server, and I expect we'll run into things like this as that process continues. In this case, the search you were trying to do caused the PHP script to exceed the maximum memory usage. That's been upped, and you shouldn't see it again.
