Some of you have Avatars but I cannot find where to put one in my profile.
Is there some special level of board membership you need to have in order to get one?

(just to keep this within the topic of this forum)We recently (as in yesterday) re-enabled Avatars for MousePad subscribers. Click on the "Subscribe" link at the top of any page to sign up.

(Sorry, had to move it to the right forum anyway. :D )

I had an avatar but it won't show anymore. When I go to my User Control Panel and click on Edit Avatar it shows that "Do Not Use Avatar" has been enabled and I can't unable it. This is the only place I can find any reference to avatars. I can't find the place where I specify or upload my avatar. What' up? Since the board's look and layout has been so drastically changed, I can't much of anything anymore.

Never mind, I just found the answer in another post on this thread. Oh well. Mouse Pad used to do that for free, for just signing up. I guess you have to pay for everything now days. Ah, Just like Disneyland used to have free parking and $1.00 gate admission. I don't think the avatar thing is worth $10 or $20 a month. I pay too much for DSL and Cable TV service now as it is. I guess it's time to just browse the boards from time to time.

Umm, it hasn't been avaible for years.

And its 10 to 20 dollars a year, not month.
