Why isn't there a simple "Reply" button on the PM's? Why are the only choices forward or quote?

Also, the Request Receipt pop-up might be confusing to some. The choices are Yes or Cancel. Some might think that hitting cancel with Cancel the sending of the PM. Could it be changed to Yes and No?

...just some useless suggestions.

These are bugs in the vBulletin software that they are addressing. Hopefully to be fixed in a future release.

Yeah, we agree, this is silly. But it's the way vB coded the new system, and we can't change it w/o hacking the code.

Thanks to all for asking and answering these questions. I had wondered the same thing.

I noticed the other day that you can only send a PM every 60 seconds. Is that a bug too, or was that designed to keep down PM spamming?

It's to prevent spamming or people abusing the PM system.
