What are your opinions on this lawsuit? It is mentioned in the weekly wdw article on this site.
I think people are way to sue crazy today and that this should be throw out. If a company has a dress code then you must follow it or get out. It shouldnt matter that it is part of her religion and i think she is just trying to make a quick buck.

Here's a link (http://www.mouseplanet.com/parkupdates/wdw/wdw040524.htm) to this week's WDW Update. The story is the first one on the page.
It will be interesting to see the verdict in this case.

I think it would be different had Disney not offered her a job backstage. They weren't discriminating against her, nor did they even fire her. They simply told her that she had to follow the dress code along with every other CM or work where she wouldn't affect show. I do hope that the case gets thrown out, because Disney is certainly not in the wrong. The lady understood the dress code perfectly when she decided to begin wearing the Hijab.

She would have fit in well in the Morocco pavilion.

However, my understanding is that as an American citizen of Moroccan origin, she would not be able to work there, as only Moroccan citizens work there (except, perhaps, for the managers).
