Tony and I saw that as we were walking across the DLH parking lot, and I *had* to get a shot of it. I didn't know it was an official car until we got to talking to the driver later.

Apparently Disney wants a particular license plate for it, but it's already been issued. They are "waiting to hear" from the DMV to see if they can get it from the person who has it. I wonder how that works - I didn't think you could sell rights to a particular plate, so I'd love to see how they "encourage" the person to give up the plate.

Heck...if they offer me a lifetime pass to DLR...WDW...or even a Club 33 membership...I just...might be willing to give up MAD4MKY! teehee :~D
But...alas...I am sure there are other plates out there that are better. I tried for all kinds of combinations before I hit with this one.

I didn't particularly like Minis, but I really came to love the red Mini because of "The Italian Job". If it had been practical and feasible, I would have gotten one. Now I just look at them when I see them on the road. *sigh*

According to The Disneyland Line, the Mini has a license plate now - "GN2DLND" - which they translate as "Gone To Disneyland."

And the maximum speed with the ears attatched is only 15 MPH.

Much more character than that gaudy stretch LiMOUSEine thing they had a few years ago that Mickey probably wouldn't have been caught dead in.

But then again, Mickey probably has no chance of fitting into this new Minnie (pardon the pun). ;)
