I'm planning to pack a change of clothing for my 3 children and stow it in a plastic bag below our stroller (that we bring from home). Do you think it will be ok to leave the clothing in the bottom of the stroller while we're away or will it disappear?

Make them the cheap clothes, just in case. Better to rent a locker.

Maybe I'm too trusting, but unless you are planning on leaving expensive, irreplacable clothing, yeah, keep it in the stroller. (We leave all sorts of things in our stroller, and honestly I think most people's aim is to just find their stroller; not try to figure out what's in the bottom of all of the other strollers.)

I think your clothes will be fine in the stroller. We usually keep things like sweatshirts and such in the basket of our stroller. I don't ever take everything off my stroller- just the "valuables"- my wallet, cameras, keys, etc. I keep those in my diaper bag so I can grab it quickly off the stroller when we park it to get in line.

Your clothes should be fine. We had to use a wheelchair once and we absently left not only our walkie talkies in there but both our cell phones. In a mesh bag on the back of the chair. Nothing was bothered at all.

I shouldn't admit this, but we would regularly leave all kinds of stuff in our stroller. Cameras, wallets, clothing. What's worse is how we would park our stroller in a land and leave it and tour all the rides and come back for it like an hour later. My philosophy was along the lines of "these people are here to see Disneyland, not to ransack my stroller." Worked for me, but I may have been lucky.
