Do all the kids meals in DL come with the cute plastic lunch box and do they actually say Disneyland on them??

I don't know if all of the restaurants have converted to the lunch box (when I was last at Plaza Pavillion about 2 months ago, they were still using the Mickey shaped dishes).

The lunch box we got at Redd Rockett's had just a Mickey cartoon on it. It doesn't say Disneyland anywhere on it.
