I went to Universal Yesterday for the first time in a year or maybe even two and I went to there guest relations and asked what type of assistance the provided for guest with disabilities. They informed me that they are still using the "OLD honor system policy" I asked them what that was because I was not a regular guest at there park. He apologised and said that they are getting ready to have a more strict policey because of abuse but for now you just go up to the attraction and tell them you are disabiled and they let you on. He did not go into detail on what the New policy was going to be. I thought I would just bring this up and maybe someone that works there will read this and let us know what is going on so those of us that are disabiled and need services are prepared when visiting the park this summer.
