A friend of mine said she rode it the other day and I am going tomorrow and I wanted to know if it is soft opened.

from what I understand they have been running cast previews and doing some soft opening to the public at certain times of the day. There is never really any gaurantee that they will open it on any given day or time, but there is always a possibilty. also, some of the major effects are still not completely installed and running, so if you want a "work in progress preview" this could be your chance. Personally, i think I'd rather wait to experience the finished product. If the reports about how well liked it is even without those effects is any indication, we should be in for one heck of a ride!

The Hollywood version opens June 25; the Orlando version is in rehearsals, and at some times, guests get to ride.
