This is by far my favorite quote by Alex to date...
Ditto. Damn character restrictions!

I missed carefully reading themouse.com's tshirts but AVP described them to me and they sounded AWESOME! You know what completely bites? I walked into the store Monday morning and the mailman had delivered an envelope for me. Inside - enough "Honored with Retirement" ribbon to make a set of very pretty team shirts. NOT that yours weren't wonderful and lovely but I SO wanted to get you the real ribbon for them! My friends came through for me, but 28 hours too late.

Hey - as soon as we get three "Masters" teams, I fully plan to make y'all compete against one another for some prize-to-be-determined.

Wow. The SuperStar Losers actually cracked the top 10! Could the rumored reopening of the ride whose namesake we bear be providing some sort of ethereal power to the SSLosers? If the ride does in fact reopen, is it but a foregone conclusion that SSL is headed straight for number 1? I guess we'll find out this October… :~D

I can't speak for the rest of the team, even the ones who are currently incapable of posting, but MA was the blast this year. I prefer the new mega-packet to the old ABCDE system, although it did cause a few headaches at the beginning.

Hardest quest for me was probably the Cyperific/Toad one but only because my poor eyesight mistook "safe" for "sage." The Main Street Cinema quest also posed a bit of a challenge at first as we stumbled aimlessly around the theater. (Oh, and whoever I clobbered by the entrance, sorry. :D ) The Tiki/Dedication quest seemed pretty easy and so was the Pizza Port one.

Fun moments:

Searching the canoe dock for "Atdian poles"
Pausing our quest while zapppop attempted to explain the Fastpass system to confused guests
Reciting the Tiki room spiels for Maui and Koro from memory before realizing that the quest dealt with the signage
Sitting in front of the recently denuded La Petite Patisserie for five minutes, trying to figure out the NOS quest (BELLEH5: "What about that one? It looks like there used to be an awning there." awinner: "No, look. The top of the sign isn't wavy.")
Following the team around having no idea what they were doing because my nose was buried in the puzzles.

Awwww, we were trying to hunt down that stuff everywhere. Instead we were sitting in front of the laptop at midnight on Thursday googling for "ribbon" until we found something that would even kindof work. Fortunately, the printer hit the color closer than we would have expected! (and my illustrious teammate should be posting an image in the t-shirt thread, but only because adriennek asked.)

And, we have a question... were the Lani/Shoshana quiz and the Sheila quiz either/or? I can't remember what they were each called, and it only looks like there's one column for them...

Oh, and we'll play masters, but I don't think either us or the Haunts are going to do trivia...

Oh, and we'll play masters, but I don't think either us or the Haunts are going to do trivia...I don't know, after these results, we're thinking of signing up for combined, completely ignoring the trivia, then for the last 5 minutes, instead of writing "Scary baby statue thing" on eye-spies, just answering "c" for everything on the trivia! :D

:D It never hurts to ask! Very good news!

That's ok, haven't you both gotten scores higher than the combined teams in the past, even doing "just" quests?

We've beaten the Denton Affair before, and I'm sure we could do it again... It's the Haunts I think we're worried about! We were so excited to see them also beat combined - it's such an amazing accomplishment.

We actually thought about doing trivia this time, just to see, but as it turns out, I think one more piece of paper might have killed us this time.

AdrienneAs far as my memory serves, this was the first time that it's happened

So, you're the ones. lisap and I scored the eye-spy and this got the biggest laugh at our table. It even landed above the people who saw the gigantic hamburger and soda bottle and answered "Pizza Port."

oMg- that is sooo me. The word indian had me beat for a while! I knew Atdian wasnt right but nothing else seemed to fit!
and Darkbeer was in control, because of my ankle, or I would have fought more... so I was walking around with my nose in my clipboard doing the NOS puzzle without the signs. I think I saw most of what we did out of the corner of my eye.
ps- does anyone know if anyone form team 44 from Portand OR, posts? Something and Pooh...
