I just got an email notification that I had a PM, however it didn't show on my Private Message counter at the top of the page, so I went into my file and it wasn't there either. Here is the hmmm part....the body (content?) of the PM was actually IN the email telling me I had said PM. Is that normal or do I need to adjust a setting on my CP that I'm unaware of?

The text of a PM is now included in the notification e-mail you get, just as the text of a new post is now included in the notification e-mail you get from a subscribed thread.

I have no idea why the PM would not be in your box, UNLESS the person who sent it to you "cancelled" it before you read it. Please check with the person who sent it and see if they cancelled it. If not, please see if it's showing in their PM "sent" box at all.

If this doesn't clear it up, please contact a mod by PM and we'll look into it a bit more.
