For some reason, IE on my computer is not allowing me to have more than one browser window open at a time. If I click a link that opens into a new window, or start another IE window from my start menu, it will open it, then close the one that was previously there. I've checked the MS Knowledge Base, and I couldn't find anything. I've also reset my cookies, web settings, and history. My computer is fully updated, running Win XP Home. No viruses that I know of, and no spyware that I know of. Does anyone know of anything that causes this?

Are you using a pop-up blocker?

Yes, but even with is disabled, it still dosn't work. Plus, I've been using it for nearly a year now, and this has never happened before.

Ok, nevermind. I figured out why.

Apparently, the Yahoo toolbar was installed on my computer without me knowing, and it was not visible in IE. The popup blocker on that seemed to cause all the problems.
