I whimped out on real cooking, but I'm making a Chicken Cesar Salad. This is NOT Atkins aproved. Actually, it's not ANY diet approved, but it's really good.

12:00 mountain is 11am pacific. Is that when the potluck starts?In this case MST is Mousepadders Standard Time. Which for noon MST means anywhere from noon to whenever.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Mamabot and everyone else that had a hand in organizing this. We really had a fantastic time, meeting all of you and getting to know you a little better. There was so much yummy food (lots of chicken!) that we ended up having a very light, and late, dinner. Wish we could have joined you all in the park, but our AP's don't allow for Saturday visits. Still, we couldn't have had a better time and talked about how great everyone was for a quite a while afterwards.

Hope you all had fun at MA. We saw some of you running around the park today and wished we would have entered. Next time, for sure.
