QuikQuote: One fan on a Web site said the proposed deal would only make things worse at beleaguered Disney, further threatening the rule of embattled Chief Executive Michael Eisner.
"I don't like Eisner but this hostile takeover by Comcast has me on the brink of tears," said the fan on a Web site called MousePlanet. "It feels like they just killed the dream, magic and (founder) Walt (Disney). Will it still be Disneyland next week or Comcastland?"

I count one die-hard fan in that category. The rest of us are still rationalizing this affair out.
And some people have issues with "Comcast, the cable operator."

First thing that will happen, as usually happens in mergers, is that each salary-level employee (will they still be "cast members"?) gets to objectively justify his continued employment. A lot of people can't do this, especially in a big company.

That was me!! Dang, I'm always making headlines, even under usernames!
I don't have issues with Comcast. My picture comes in, that's all I care about.

As for rationalizing goes...that was my initial response. I won't apologize for it. As the day went by and more info unfolded I thought this could be good or bad.
