Shares of Pixar slipped Thursday, a day after Chairman and Chief Executive Steve Jobs issued harsh words toward departing partner Walt Disney Co.

Maybe someone who has access to the News section can post this article there too.

(Yes, I know the link doesn't work at the moment. I can't figure out how to get it to work. I'm PMing a mod.)

Coincidental. Lots of big money getting out after the stock rose up. "Buy on the rumor, sell on the news." (If it's good rumor/news.)

Considering the events of this week, this comparison chart (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?t=5d&s=DIS&l=on&z=m&q=l&c=Pixr) between Disney and Pixar stock over the last 5 days is interesting to look at. It definitely looks like the reaction to Pixar's earnings announcement was fairly negative, although it did recover some today. Disney's stock dipped some yesterday as well, although not nearly to the same degree.

Note that both stocks are down for the entire week. Pixar is down a bit more than Disney, but it started the week stronger.
