hi gang, i was just trying to put some names on places etc!
1. Who was the lead immageanear on TDL in 1983? John Hench was guiding with Marty skalr EPCOT therefore I would exclude them!
2. Who was the lead on TDS? no names about this have ever been mentioned i think?

I know;
1. Disneyland was mainly under the influence of Walt (along with drawigns by Marvin Davis,Roger Broggie,Herbert Ryman, Ken Anderson and Claude Coats). 2. WDW's MK was designed by the florida team lead by Dick irvine, Joe Potter and Joe fowler with the same (plus marc Davis and John Hench) team from Disneyland.
3. EPCOT center was guided by John Hench and Marty Sklar (considering the 1 year difference between TDL and EPCOT i would exclude them...but maybe)
(here we pass the TDL opening date of April 15 1983)
4. Disney-MGM was guided by Randy Bright with Marty Sklar
5. DLP was lead by Tony Baxter (who had under him a team of second generation immageanears who started off together on thew 1982 fantasyland redo)
6. Animal Kingdom was a Joe Rohde project (thumbs up man..and get pressler to finance Beastly kingdom!!!)
7. DCA (Disney's CATASTROPHIC Adventure) was lead by Barry (the) "Brave"rman, the man has also been given the creative directiobn of the DL resort and the desing of HKDL (someone needs there eyes checked and a new pair of glasses...ie Eisner and Pressler)!
But who lead TDL, TDS? I cant seem to find this out.....maybe they are a designed teamwork project..but then again, someone has got to be at the top to take charge and decisions!
I hope not to have (exagerated with the offenses to some, shortsited executives) gotten the leads wrong...

The two names most trumpeted in the media for the Tokyo DisneySea project are:

James B. Cora, Chairman, Disneyland International.

Steven Kirk, Senior Vice President- Creative, Walt Disney Imagineering.

Of course, since most of the press attention was limited to Japan, only the Japanese (or people who can read Japanese newspapers and magazines) know that ;)

And, there are many. many others who were a guiding light for the project, but those two men received the lion's share of the media spotlight. (That's not to take away from ther accomplishments: they deserved the recognition!)

yeah the realy deseve the credit? I believe that the park was a joint creative venture by many WDI and OLC immagenears...based on the drawings for Port DIsney which Tony Baxter made for Long Beach!

Stephen Kirk? Sounds like a winner, perhaps in light of recent news Disney may actually be forced to admit DCA was a total Edsel and put this man Capt. Kirk in charge.
