I constantly keep hearing that Hong Kong Disneyland will open with 12 attractions, but from searching on the web I can't find a source to link this to. (Disney hasn't released a list of the park's attractions yet)

However, this is known... other than Main Street, the park will only have 3 lands: Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland. (Disney's site confirms this)

So far this is the listing I got of the only 12 attractions Hong Kong Disney is said to have. Doesn't sound too impressive.

Main Street U.S.A:
Main Street vehicles

Tomorrowland:
Space Mountain
Buzz Light Year
Orbitron

Fantasyland:
Sleeping Beauty's Castle
Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Dumbo Flying Elephants
King Arthur's Carousel
Mad Tea Party

Adventureland:
Tarzan's Island featuring Tarzan's Treehouse
Festival of the Lion King (2,200 seat theater)
Disneyland Rail Road

Anyone know anything else as far as attractions? Disney's preview site seems to only go into extensive detail about the two hotels the park will be sporting.

I dont know if you missed it by mistake, but it has been confirmed that the park will have a jungle cruise. I do think the park will be terible though, and its all Eisner's fault.

Maybe they're hoping that the commies will force people to go? That way they won't have to worry about attarctions because attendence and satisfaction are mandated.

Thanks rcman. I've since read the press release that includes the Jungle Cruise type attraction. That's a bright spot, I suppose. I still find the lack of attractions disturbing, however. No Pirates, Mansion, Small World, Big Thunder, etc. It seems they could easily put in a couple dark rides like Snow White or Pinocchio in Fantasyland.

I just wonder with the numbers of visitors they are predicting, how the park's limited ride capacity is going to be able to handle those numbers.

I am also upset by the lack of attractions. This is Eisners kick in the *** towards disney. Theres barelly any attractions in this park. I wish there were more, and a little off topic, I wish they would be the first disneyland sister park to have a tot in them posibly replaving mansion (but that'll bring up some arguements).
