Hi all,

Christmas is on its way, and it seems like forever since the Pirate’s meet. So Dave and I though it would be great to celebrate Mickey’s 75th Birthday and the festive season together at another UK fan meet.

This time, for the benefit for our pals who live north of Watford, we thought it would be good to perhaps get together in Birmingham. So here we go folks, who’s up for seeing Brother Bear at Star City in Birmingham the afternoon of the 14th of December, followed by a meal who those who would like to stay on.

This will be the last chance to meet up before the season really kicks off.

Also, if anyone has any ideas for next year, let us know. We were thinking that Haunted Mansion comes out next year, there’s Home on the Range to look forward to, a rumoured new stage production next year (Tarzan or Mary Poppins – anyone know more?), Disney on Ice next Christmas, Castle China will have their annual event next summer, as well as perhaps a UK DLP fan meet? Let us now what you guys want to do so we can get an itinerary up and running for the New Year. Also, convenient venues would be worth while.

Mary Poppins oopens in London late in 2004.

It is a joint production between Cameron Macintosh and Disney.

It will be staged at the Prince Edward Theatre which currently hosts Mama Mia which is moving to another theatre.
