(Carlsbad, CA) -- A San Diego area theme park is making plans to pay homage to the victims of Tuesday's terrorism attacks. After being closed for the day, Legoland will reopen tomorrow and lay red, white and blue floral wreaths at the areas of the Carlsbad park that portray the skylines of both New York City and Washington, DC. The models of those cities and others are built out of Lego bricks. The ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m.
