Jurassic Park: River Adventure is at IOA. IMO, JP is better at Hollywood though. Everything else at IOA is unique to that Universal park.
Many of those other rides, i.e. Kong, Jaws, Back to the Future, E.T., T23D, etc. are at IOA's sister park: Universal Studios Florida.
Hope that helps a lil'

IOA = Islands of Adventure, next door to Universal Studios Florida. Same idea as DL/DCA, to keep someone at Universal for multiple days..... comparing DCA to IOA, IOA opened up with a lot more than DCA.....

IOA is the prototypic park of the future.
From all that I have seen, it often beats WDW in creativity.
I haven't heard anyone who went there who did not like it.
