Good news for all those who have expreienced Space Mountain at DLP and who have been headhake after the ride of have been evacuated due to (too often) 101.
Space Mountain will have a giant restoration. André Lacroix, the new Manager od DLP has announced his wish to give Space Mountain its beauty of the past years.
Most of the decorations are not working anymore and the trains are giving headhake to the riders.

You know, that's the one thing that struck me as odd this year. When I rode Space Mountain in July it seemed jerkier than last year and I got a headache from it several times. I eventually started bringing a sweater to the park just to pad the head rest so I wouldn't be in pain after the ride. I've only been on Space Mountain 1 time when it went 101. It happened last year in August. I was just past that powerplant section returning to the loading area. The ride stopped and the lights came on. Some of folks on the coaster started calling their buddies in the train ahead of us on their cell phones. It was rather amusing cause they couldn't reach their phones yet they kept ringing and ringing. Anyway, glad they're fixing the ride. Hopefully Andre will bring a new ride to Euro Disneyland in the near future. Space Mountain was the last one and that was 8 1/2 years ago !

I can handle the rough parts.Its my shoulders that hurt.I can handle RNRC without experiencing pain but Space Mountain is differn't.Thats why I only decided to ride the coaster 2 times during my visit last week.

Music was working great by the way.
