Sadly, we have to let you all know that MammaSilva is stepping down as a moderator and returning to life as simply a member of MousePad.

We hope you welcome her back to your mundane existence without the god-like powers of a moderator. Soon enough the memories will fade and she'll wonder if they were just a dream; but until then, some discombobulation is to be expected.

Thanks for the kind words.....the job of moderator deserves someone that can devote more time than I have available these days....but that doesn't mean I won't nag at you guys to behave either ;)

As the/a voice of reason on the pad, I know you are making a wise decision. It takes real guts sometimes to cut back the load and have to trim off something you love. Not only does "the pad deserve someone with more time to devote" but you and your family also deserve the attention they require (and should come first!). Good for you. And thank you for your contribution.

I look forward to meeting you, hopefully at the potluck or MouseAdventure. Didn't you plan to be at one or the other?
