"It's crunch time for Michael Eisner, writes Tim Arango in the business section of The New York Post.

The longtime Disney chief is under growing pressure from disgruntled investors and board members because of how he's handled his company's lucrative relationships with Pixar Animation Studios and Miramax, sources say."

You know...maybe if Steve Jobs and Harvey Weinstein got together and told the board that neither of them would work with Eisner or his minions anymore, maybe they'd get rid of the sorry old....so and so.

Or maybe Steve Jobs should just say, "I'll be glad to do 20 more Pixar films under the same terms we have today, if I get Michael Eisner's job as part of the deal."

Imagine--a guy who cares about quality at the helm...

First of all, I have strong doubts that Jobs even wants that job. He is already CEO of two major companies, both of which likely allow him more direct control than a company the size of Disney ever would.

Secondly, Disney's board would be insane to accept any offer like that from Jobs. Why would any company want a CEO that would so directly work against the interests of his current company to get a job at a new one?
