Is there such a thing as a stroller add on to an AP? Maybe I'm imagining things but I seem to remember this being an option at some point.

No there is not, but there is an option to prepay for the length of your stay.

mad hatter, you're not mad, once upon a time for a very brief time you could add a stroller pass to your AP like you can add parking to the lower AP's. It didn't last long but it was there. Now you just go prepay for how many days you plan to be at the resort and skip the lines to pay for the stroller. We did this on our last trip for our 3 year old and it was very efficient and saved us a lot of waiting in lines.
