This is Warner Brothers Movie World Madrid...

It's actually operated by Six Flags, and is a far cry different than what we have come to expect from the Six Flags name in the states. It is actually a photogenic park, due to the structures built for the walkways & queques, unlike most of the Six Flag parks in the US.

It is a combination thrill park with huge coasters, a well done kids section, and movie style entertianment park shows. Essentially, it is what I feel is a perfected Six Flags style park.

WOW!!! It's actually clean and painted and no gang members. Something we will never see at SFMM.

All the European SF parks are like that... because all the European ones have been built from scratch or are under entirely different building philosophies. Every single SF park in the US besides Over Texas, Over Georgia and perhaps another one I'm forgetting was a small regional park bought out by Six Flags at some point. If you look at a place like Six Flags America, it's got a beautiful colonial themed area at the entrance and some nice shady scenic paths... then you hit Gotham City which is all from the Six Flags days. Concrete, parking-lot coasters and a few small games stalls all out in the sun!

I really like the looks of that Madrid park though, it's the newest and potentially the best European SF park and hey, now I speak spanish pretty well so maybe I'll find my way there. Another SF park in Europe that looks rather good is Six Flags Holland... mmmm... Intamin mini-hyper...
