"the park is the result of four years of no-expense-spared construction. And with 40 percent of the land still available for development, the project is far from over-an additional ten attractions are in the pipeline."

As I sat looking through the pictures from Tokyo, mouth agape chin to my chest, I became incredibly envious of those who live in and around Tokyo. What a truly beautiful and imaginative park. Unfortunately I doubt that I will ever be able to visit it. :(
Even my kids were drawn to the photos as I looked through them, my youngest (3yrs) asking "where is that?" and after I told him "can we go there?". This new park truly captures the imagination of myself and my family and I can only imagine what they have in store for the remaining areas. I can't wait to see although I may just turn a bright shade of green!! Whether it's from jealousy of Tokyo or nausea from DCA I don't know.

I remember reading many posts on all the DisWebsites about how TDS wouldnt be that great, because it has no room to expand. What they built now, is all there is room for...

Could you imagine phase two and three of TDS. I can only dream....

DCA might get a hotel into it's expansion area.....YES!!!:(

Why did we got an incredible un-themed park(DCA), and the japaneses get and outstanding park? Talk about Pressler, huh.
Well, I only wish the third themepark(I heard It will be WESTCOT) will be as good as Tokyo DisneySea.:(

I honestly do not think Eisner and Pressler want anything from TDS at DCA or nearby, but what bothers me is that the DisCo just put some securities on the market to raise $7.5 Billion, the interest rates are low and there is no firm plans in the making, it may just be that with the 7% royalties coming from TDS Eisner may very well buy some sizable chunk of real estate where the Quenn Mary sits and with some creative planning can turn the surrounding area into lets call it just for reference right now, "Disney Pacifica"(DP) in case nobody knows much about the Queen Mary, well it sits in a manmade harbor in Long Beach, Ca. not very far from DL, it may be possible eventually to see a full size monorail like at TDS from DLR to DP, the Queen Mary already is a hotel and has resturants all is needed is the Disney touch, not a copy of TDS but something new.

Well...if Eisner and had 7.5 billion to 'play' with...hmmmm...what would he do?

Probably buy the Cheese Channel...and maybe a sizable chunk of the Frogs Legs Channel...and then with what's left over...a nice new set of Rest Room Signs for each of the parks...

Why does this Anti-Walt non entity remind me of the warden in Shawshank Redemption? Capable of anything in the name of greed. He and Clinton would make a good team.
