I caught a snippet of a radio advertisement the other day, and it sounded like you could still buy a Sea World admission, and it would be good until the end of the year (I thought the promotion ended in April, or something like that). Anyone have details on that?

According to the official website page here (http://www.seaworld.com/seaworld/ca/pi_park_promos_funcard.aspx), the promotion is still running and doesn't show a date when the promotion expires. There are a couple of blackout dates for the Fun Card.
Gotta get down there again. It's been much too long...

Yes, the Fun Card is still available... BUT...
It costs $44.95 per person ($35.95 for kids), and expires December 19th. You also have to pay $7 per visit for parking. (one blackout day remains, September 1st)
The regular Silver Passport is $74.95 ($59.95 for kids), this option gives you an expiration date one year from first use (365 days), no blackouts, and Free parking. Plus you get in-park discounts.
There are also other options, including a Platinum card, that gives you reserved seating at shows, and the pass works at all the Anheuser-Busch parks (expect Discovery Bay). You also get discounts, free rides, and a free comp pass for a friend to visit SeaWorld for a day.. this is $134.95.

I guess it would've made things easy if I had just thought of looking at their website....
Thanks!;)

But if you are REALLY cheap, and don't mind a nice little walk (1/4 mile), you can park for free at the boat-ramp area just next to the park on Sea World Drive for free (not the marina ramp, you'll get towed, but the big city parking area). I actually skate from the Mission Bay visitor's center off of Clairemont/I-5 to the jetty (bayside) and pass through this lot all the time. No posted parking time limits or fees....
