Pardon me, but OH PLEASE! GET A LIFE! I cannot believe what some people will do to try to get a piece of the pie. My great aunt was named Ursula. I wonder if I should sue Disney for sullying her good name in The Little Mermaid? PUH-LEEEZE!

If Disney has to fight these kind of silly lawsuits, I can only imagine the money they spend on their legal team - money that could be spend other places....like, oh say, the parks?!?!

We were discussing this earlier in the week on another board.

I'm thinking this is more of a case of him filing a lawsuit for the publicity. After all, without this lawsuit, how many people would have ever heard of him? He certainly wouldn't have made any kind of national news.
