I just booked the Super 8 for marathon weekend. DH and going without kids and want to save our money for dinners and such. Has anyone stayed there? I think I remember reviews from a year or 2 ago about it being decent. We just need a place to sleep and shower.

I stayed there one night, seems like '05. Yeah, a good place to sleep & shower. About a 15 minute to the park if I recall.
This is the one at 415 W. Katella. OK Cont. breakfast, didn't go in the pool. I din't have any issues with bedbugs, thin walls.
There is a nice buffer between the office and rooms off the main drag.
