It's not in this general area but it is in DCA

The photo is not of anything in the Pacific Warf or that area.
It is of an area in Disneyland California Adventure.

ETA: This is the Where in the Resort thread, so it doesn't nessasarily fall in a park, as long as it is on Disney property.

I am so sorry - I just took another look at the whole photo and realized that it's not the one from Pirates that I was thinking of. The photo of the woman's face above is not from Pirates.
I will say it is in the Disneyland Park though as a clue. I feel like I need to give a clue since I messed up here.
