So is it a ride with water? It's not Small World, not Splash, so is it on Pirates? Are those hands really blue? This is a really hard one!!

Read it carefully. I said Disneyland resort. Which includes the parks, hotels and downtown Disney. Sorry for beeing a little sneeky on that one.
