I think there is one in a building located to the left of where I this photo was from.
If I remember right you pull the door or push a TNT lever and it makes the fireworks going off noise

The frog I was thinking more one of the shops by Jungle Cruise DDF.

Frog is not in Splash Mtn you are almost freezing being so far away. hehe
