Why is is that when someone types the single letter * it gets changed to an asterisk? Like in * Sync, Wet * Wild?

By the way, I'm talking about the letter pronounced "enn."

I was wondering about that myself...

The "censored words" was over the character limit. It has been edited down a bit (and still includes all of the seven words you can't say on television) but the evil, horrible, anti-American singular "n" has been removed.

Actually, the "n" was part of another word that exceeded the character limit. Perhaps we should censor the letter "q" though, I've never liked that one.

Thank the gods that I can write N 'Sync without fear of censor. I love them so.

It happened a couple of times to me today when I typed n...just go back and edit in what you wanted...it'll take.
