Have been trying to book dining reservations for the week starting 12-1-2011. Nothing available. Called Disney Dining cast member states there are no tables available but he too thought this was odd that nothing was available for lunch or dinner the whole week.
Cast member was able to put in further dates than I could and got the same message of no times available. Cast member contacted his supervisor to see if something was happening or if the Restaurant was closed. Supervisor gave a great answer "If it says nothing is available then nothing is available" well, alright then that solves that.
Is anyone else trying to book for the same time or near the same time and getting the same answers? This has never ever happened to us where we could not get a table at LeCellier. Have always been able to make reservations the last day we are there and never had any time issues.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all.:crying:

You're either 20 days too late - or they're holding back a lot of reservations for Candlelight packages - or both.

How many are in your group? Sometimes people have experienced issues with odd-number reservations, and just bump it up one, and there's availability. Since a group of 3 would require the same size table as a group of 4, it's not going to cause the restaurant issues.

There are only two in the group. We have been trying since the very first day that we were allowed to do our dining. 180 days out. We have tried on line and with cast memeber and it's a no go. Like I said this is the first time we have ever had issues like this and we always have made lunch reservations so Candlelight would have nothing to do with lunch I don't think????????

If you get a Candlelight Processional Package, you have to eat before the show, so for people attending the first show (at 5-something) you DO have to eat lunch.

When I called today and couldnt get into the Rose and Crown on Dec 23, the operator told me that it was "probably" due to them holding back tables for the CP packages.
I have to keep checking the website to find out when they are released. Oh joy, another 4 am morning in my future!!! LOL!!!

Reservations for the Candlelight Processional include lunch reservations. Actually, they have some really awkward seating times tied to this. It messed with my plans last year, we had to eat at a funny time of day sort of between a late lunch and very early dinner.

I called 180 days out for our september 2011 trip and was talking with a reservationist around 7:05 a.m. and the only lunch reservation that I could get was at 2:20 p.m. but I was glad to get that. I couldn't believe all of the other time slots were gone by then.

Dont forget, you are also competing with those doing online ressies as well....

Last week, I went online to make ressies for our trips to the World in August and October. Decided to try to get into Le Cellier and much to my surprise I was successful. I wasn't able to make ressies in the past so I can't explain my success. OK, the times aren't ideal: In August for a party of 4, 8:45; and in October for a party of 3, 5:45. I was also able to make ressies for the Coral Reef which always proved difficult for me for both Aug. and Oct. I guess I hit the online reservations at the right time.:p

Also, aren't you competing with people whose windows opened up before yours? When we went to WDW, we later realized that we had an advantage with ADRs because we had a long trip - so long in fact that I had to call over two days to get my ADRs because my window was "only" from the day of arrival plus 10 days. ;) So if, in the days before your window opened, someone else's window opened and they are staying for longer trips, they will have had opportunities to grab bookings, too.

Hoping you get what you want. We're finally going there and we're on our 5th trip in a row.

We have not been able to get a ressie at LeCellier since 2006. Yes I do start 180 days out. We have gone to Kona in the Poly. Good food.
