Since there have been an unacceptable number of mistakes on the front page lately, I just want to publicly take full responsibility for them. Especially since otherwise people might assume it is Lani's fault.

For various reasons, I have been doing much of the work on the daily publish in a rush at the last minute. Giving little or no time for anybody else to review before sending it live. It is not a good way to work and I'll be changing something things around to try and make sure it doesn't happen often in the future.
