Maybe this has been discussed but I can't find any info...
I'm going to DCA with some friends this weekend. All 4 have the 2 park ($99) tkts purchased and used one day, one park, last month. They will be using the other portion this Saturday.
My question? Is it too late to upgrade their tkts to a hopper? I think they had to
do that upon purchase?:confused:
