Hi there,
DH and DS and I are going to Disneyland on Dec. 15th, we can't wait!!! Our DS, age 4 has some special needs and is unable to stand for long periods of time so from what I have read Color of Wonder is out since you have to stand, right? Even if we buy a picnic lunch?
We will buy the Fantasmic package, we have done that before, love it!!! I remember 2 years ago I was able to get special reserved seating for the Holiday parade but now I can't remember how I got them. Is the only way to get these special tickets is if we buy the holiday tours package or does anyone just sell these tickets?
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it.

Yes WOC is standing only. I think the only way to get seats for the parade is the Holiday Tour, or to stake out spots on the curb.

While WOC is standing, your son could stay in a stroller and only stand when needed.

As for the parade, again, he can stay in the stroller. As for seating, the only seating is after the Holiday Tour.

If he has a medical condition that makes it difficult, you might consider looking into the special assistance viewing area for the parade and show. They have an area set aside for guests requiring assistance, and for the parade there is often times a bench or other seats in the area. Not sure how it is set up for WOC. Check with City Hall first thing in the AM when you arrive.

The HA parade viewing area is also limited on benches and using his stroller, he could stay in it to see, even within the HA area.

For fireworks, I would suggest back by Small World for the easiest view from his angle.

If the holiday parade is only held once on certain days, does it start where it ended. How does one find out where the holiday parade will start if it is only held once a day?
