By the closeness of the shot, and the amount of light glaring off the object, I would say not. The light on it alone states that whatever it is, and where ever it is, it is inside.

But he "Buff" is still part of a current attraction, just doesn't sing anymore

OH WOW! I'm gonna have to go on it now to see them. I had no idea they were on it. I'm planning on going in the next couple of days so I'll have to remember they are there. Wow, talk about paying homage to the building previous occupant.

I took this a few years ago as we left the hefalump room.
I went tonight for a little bit and I saw them. Pooh was the only ride I ended up going on, but when I saw them, I got all happy. Seeing them again was like finding a long lost part of your childhood. I used to love that show as a kid.
For those interested in seeing them, it is just after you exit the hefa lump room. They are above and behind you as you exit. You have to look quickly, especially if you're in the back of the car.
