Since Universal Studios Fl doesn't have the tram, how do they pull off King Kong/Jaws/Earthquake?

They all are seperate rides, but this makes them all way more intense... all of them are longer and more exciting, but when IOA open it seemed like King Kong was shorter than it used to be, but I don't know if that is true of not, likewise for each ride being seperate, you have longer lines for some of the more exciting ones. King Kong, Jaws, Twister (is that still there???) , Back to the Future and Earthquake, all are more real. King Kong has a more than one life size ape,and Jaws is really fun at night. Earthquake is interactive with the people between shows.

Now each ride is a little different than it's sister in CA., King Kong... you ride in the trams haging from the top of the building... the line is like new york city, so is the ride... steerts, apartments with lights on, but the ride is better FL. I had heared that they had real gangs come in and paint the walls for them with gang gariffettie (spelling???).

Jaws is in a lake and you ride around this mini ocean, pulled off with special effects, but you see all the cool sites you have seen in the Jaws movie. Many times you get attacked by Jaws and he almost tips over the boat.

Earthquake is interactive, they pick people from the crowed to show some special effects... you get tought what to do and then you show the crowd, there is a small movie you watch and then you go into a subway car and go off to the next station where the earthquake is, the only prob, with the ride is that you see the stuff being set for the next show as you leave....

The lines each have tvs, with dumb things on them to "try in " make the lines more interesting. You will hate the "jaws tv shows", the end.

Reuben, Twister is still there...

The rides at FL are so much better. i love how each tram stop is an actual ride in USF. They are really exciting too. The Jaws ride really was intense the first time I saw it. I mean there were little kids all around me crying their heads off at the end. The shark is scary. Earthquake is earthquake...King Kong is another better attraction. Better big apes too!

Universal Alwys does that. at USH if you stay for more than 4 minutes after the end of any show you can see them re-doing the pyros and cleaning up for the next performance. It's the way universal does stuff. you know it's special effects, and you can stay and watch a little bit of them setting up for it. I like the fact that they do it that way. but hey, that's me.

I got excited monday when Space Mountain broke down and they had to switch all the cars on/off the track.
