Is this an official Disney game, or just something you want to do as a Disney fan? Only I don't think they would let you do something unofficial ......

I think this is a game where you build theme parks for your own use/enjoyment - maybe sharing with friends.

Do a search of the MousePlanet forums for the term "tilt-shift" and you'll find links to really cool videos Disney has done of some of the parks, that should give you a great idea of the basic look/feel.
