Where does the monorail go to?

This is the silliest question and I can't believe I'm asking it, I practically grew up in Disneyland...but where does the Monorail go now? Does it still go to the hotel and can you disembark there? Does it stop anywhere in Downtown Disney?

Thanks! I'm going to thunk myself in the head now.It used to stop at the hotel, but after they moved the hotel, it stops in DTD near the Rainforest restaurant.

(OK, yes it is a joke they moved the hotel, they removed the portion of the hotel that was near the monorail, ie the bungalows and restaurants.)

You can disembark at the DTD station, which is convenient to the Rainforest, ESPN, Tortilla Jo's, and others.

Let me just add...if you have reses at Rainforest Cafe, the monorail is such a nice way to get there :).

How far of a walk is Rainforest to the tram loading/unloading area back by Disneyland?
