Do You Think Port Orleans Will See a Bump Due to Princess & the Frog?

We went to see The Princess and the Frog last weekend (great, great movie). We were all discussing whether the movie's popularity will affect POFQ and POR......There's tie-ins for both resorts.

I could also see this happening, if the Pirates of the Caribbean themed rooms at Caribbean Beach are any indication...

That's what I thought. I said to my son, "We'll NEVER get into POFQ now!" Then, I thought about POR having the whole alligator bayou, and I figured there were tons of ways to bring the movie to the resort. I hope the movie does well.....

I think the movie is going to have real "future potential" and longevity before the PO resorts get a real serious theme injection from it. I mean, PotC has a huge, broad following and a long-term theme park tie-in. TPatF is very new, and so far, rather successful. However, I think it would premature to think that the next makeover for the resort is going to have major tie-ins much like the pirate rooms at CBR.

Do I think there will be a better chance for minor tie-ins such as related artwork in the rooms and minor ties around the site? Sure. That is very present at many resorts already and are easier to blend in to the current decor as well. (DCL and Nemo ties at the non-pirate rooms at CBR, or the different movies for the different sections at ASMo for example.)
