Just got my 4th Edition of the D23 magazine. Has Princess and the Frog on the cover. Haven't flipped through it yet though.

Came with a card that says:
This replica of Walt Disney's 1932 holiday greeting card, wishing recipients "Season's Greetings" for the coming year, was originally signed by Walt and sent to his friends Baron Siroon Missakian and his wife, Nadine, in Kansas City. Nadine had perfomed clerical work for Walt when he had his short-lived cartoon studio, Laugh-O-gram Films, at the McConahy Building in Kansas City. Baron was a well-established photographer and his collection of photos (now housed at the University of Missouri) documented the worlds of classical music and dance, as well as the then-popular vaudville shows and Jazz Age films. This card is part of the Walt Disney Archives' Collection.

That would be here:

D23 Membership (http://www.disneystore.com/buy-a-d23-membership-d23-charter-membership/p/1242507/66520/)

That's news too... they lowered the price $5 and it's now only $74.99 plus free shipping on your membership kit.

I suggest you read over any threads here and Mouse Planet before joining though. See what's it's like, and if it's worth it to you.

The husband showed me the card last night. Pretty cool.

The signature on the card was done in crayon, and the D23 people added the scent of crayon to the card. Cute touch.

I'm about halfway through it. The article on the new Hong Kong attractions is quite good. And there's a new short with Dug coming out on the UP DVD. :)

Dug is the one article I did get to read, short and very informative. I cannot wait to see this short that is spun off Up. He is so cute and he talks and he is like Dory in that he has a short attention span.

What else is in the new issue? Does the HKDL article have any new concept art we haven't seen on the web?
