I have a hard time uploading pictures to my profile. Is there a tip or trick to this? Are my files too big? Not sure what Im doing wrong. I've done the same thing I have done in the past. I have tried and tried but it keeps telling me "upload failed".

Do you get anything more than "upload failed"? What file-type are you trying to upload? (PNG, GIF, JPG) What is the file size (KB) and what are the image dimensions (W x H)?

It says vBulletin Message: Upload of file failed.
Im using a JPEG and its 3.36MB
Dont know how to get the dimensions.
Im sure its because the file's too big. Im not positive on how to shrink it.

Open the photo in your image editor (whatever you use to view/crop photos) and look for a save-as menu option that will let you shrink the filesize, usually by increasing the compression.
