CARLSBAD, Calif. San Diego Marathoners Pile on the Pasta at LEGOLAND® California - Talk about eat and run! For the second year in a row, LEGOLAND® California is hosting the traditional all-you-can-eat Carbo Load Dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 18th, 2003 for all race participants. The team at LEGOLAND will be preparing a gourmet carb-filled fare with 160lbs. of homemade pasta with over 50 gallons of hand-made sauces, 50 lbs. of piping hot bread, fresh garden salad, dessert, and beverages. A live DJ will be on hand in the Fun Town Market to pump up the runners. Hundreds of marathon participants will relax, listen to great music, prepare for the race and load up on energy. The San Diego Marathon begins at 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 19th at Plaza Camino Real in North County San Diego.
